Our Returns

What if the sofa you ordered doesn’t fit or it’s not as per your expectations we have you covered, We have a 30-day return policy, and this page will cover 30 days return policy,Free Exchange,Returns,Warranty,Custom Order, Damages after delivery of the product. if it doesn’t fit your needs, we will take it back, for free. Simply keep the original boxes.


We want your space to look elegant, luxurious and versatile. If you are not sure about your order, we offer a 30 days return policy in which you can return any of your orders within 30days from the delivery date. We are happy to help!

Due to covid-19 precautions and to keep people safe and healthy there are some changes done in our current delivery and shipping services and this might impact the return and exchange pick up service.

Free Exchange

We want our clients to have complete confidence in your choice. We will exchange any product which is there in your order up to 30 days after it’s delivered.

Shipping will be free of charge on the first order.

Forward and return shipping fees will be charged after the first order.

You will have to pay extra repacking fees if you don’t have the original packing of Solace Barn.

A refund will be initiated if the exchange item is cheaper than the original one to your credit card.

If the original item is more costly than the exchanged item, we’ll ask you to pay the difference while processing the exchange.

Free Exchange does not apply to exchanges outside Standard Service Areas.


If you find out that your piece isn’t the one you want, we are always happy to help you.  You can always return your item within 30days from the date of the delivery.

You can return the product in any case, even if you aren’t satisfied with it. Your product should be in a new condition along with the original packing of Solace Barn.

A return shipping fee might be charged for the returns that are made within the Standard Shipping Area.

Same Amount will be charged for the return shipping fee which was charged for Forward shipping fee when the return will be made  outside our Standard Shipping.

You have to pay extra repacking fees , if you don’t have the original Solace Barn packing.

The item that you’ve exchanged will be inspected in our warehouse by our team.

If the product is in the new condition we’ll pay you the refund as soon as possible.

Custom Order

If you can’t find the product that you love from our collection, we also customize orders according to your need and requirement that will fit your style and space. We use quality materials to design your sofa.  If due to some problem we’ll be unable to design your customized product, or couldn’t provide the design that you are looking for.  Get in touch with us.

Damage after Delivery

Our manufacturer  provide warranty cover if there is a defect in the material of the product.   We know accidents can happen anytime, we are happy to help you with that even when the damages happened in the home while installation aren’t covered in the warranty.
